Q. Should I buy something if its on backorder?
Absolutely! If an item your thinking about ordering is on backorder, that means there is an extremely high-demand for it and hundreds of customers like yourself are shopping for that particular item. Once all backorder slots are sold out, the next restock is typically months after. So in order to secure your item without having to wait months to get it, purchasing now is your best opportunity!
Q. How will I know when my items are going to ship?
A shipping time frame will be provided in the description of the product. Such date is an estimate and is subject to change.
Q. Are there any discounts for items on backorder?
Yes. Mostly all items on backorder are discounted or qualify for free shipping which we do in order to compensate for the extended wait time.
Q. How long does a backordered item take?
An item on backorder generally takes in between 2-4 weeks to ship once production is complete but due to the increase in COVID cases earlier this year, it may take 4-5 weeks. Items ordered on backorder via Express Shipping, will ship first followed by Standard Shipping orders.
Q.Why are your items on backorder?
Due to the high-demand for our products along with a surging demand during the pandemic while manufacturing plants were shutting down, this caused a severe delay in the supply chain. The current items we have on backorder now, won't be on backorder forever and generally take 4-5 weeks to be back in stock.
Q.Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you have paid for an item on our website that's currently on backorder and have changed your mind about the purchase — you can request to cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours days, your order cannot be canceled but you'll be able to request an exchange for an item(s) of equal or lesser value, or, receive store credit.
Also, the expected shipping date for items on backorder will be clearly noted on each product page in the product details, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery.
Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and The Opulent Mens Club does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date.
As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, The Opulent Mens Club is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
